Back, neck and shoulder treatments
There can be few people who at some point in their lives have not had problems with their back, neck or shoulders. These problems may be manifested by various levels of pain or a loss of mobility. As the British workforce becomes predominantly deskbound and pressurised by performance targets, so we increasingly tend to suffer from the effects of tense sedentary postures slouching backs, protracted shoulders leading to tension in the shoulders and neck - constant contraction of involved muscle groups in the neck making them tender when touched.
