It is fully equipped, and can be 'dressed' to give it a sitting room type of ambience, or a more clinical feel.  The pictures below show how it might look with the latter configuration. The price includes water for your client. The office next door to the therapy room will be open during work hours, so you can make drinks there (but be respectful of the fact that it is someone's work place, and keep the noise down!!).

There is access to a toilet which is accessed from a lobby outside the therapy room. There is also a small shared patio and garden for finer weather.  Note that there are steps up to the rooms, so consider this with respect to access. 

The room is situated in an office complex within a converted listed building.  Other offices are currently let, and used during normal working hours and sometimes in the evenings.  Please be respectful of their work environment.  However, the room detailed here is the first that you come to on entering the premises.

Booking of the room is via the Yahoo Group, so you will need to contact Rachel to be included on that if you want to use the room.  If you don't have access to the internet, you can phone Rachel direct, and she will put you on the calendar.

You will be invoiced for the use of the room on a monthly basis.  The charges include VAT.
